In 2017, Liu traveled to Okayama, Japan, where he taught Wushu, Taijiquan, and Health Qigong courses at a Confucius Institute, while promoting these arts through local radio stations and community centers. Since 2019, he has been conducting public welfare martial arts, Taijiquan, and Health Qigong classes in the UAE, instructing hundreds of foreign students. In October 2021, he was invited to perform Wudang martial arts and Taijiquan at the China-Arab Cultural Cooperation Forum. From 2021 to 2022, he led a six-month Wushu, Taiji, and Health Qigong performance series at the China Pavilion of the Dubai Expo, allowing global audiences to experience Chinese martial arts culture firsthand.

2023年1月，阿联酋迪拜歌剧院华人春晚表演武当剑。2023年9月，受邀参加《我到丝路去》纪录片拍摄，展示武术文化、太极文化在阿联酋的推广和传播。2023年10月，受邀参加阿联酋阿治曼旅游局举办的中国华服节暨中国国庆74周年庆典，并展示武当太极拳、玄武拳。2023年12月，出演国乐大师方锦龙的阿布扎比卢浮宫《将军令》的武术部分。2024年1月，阿联酋迪拜歌剧院华人春晚表演武当逍遥扇。2024年2月，受阿联酋中国文化中心和阿布扎比文旅局邀请，带队参加2024欢乐春节系列活动，负责组织个人和团体武术、太极表演。2024年9月，受国际健身气功联合会邀请，作为阿联酋健身气功推广负责人参加出席第四届“Z世代”金砖国家健身气功推广人才习练营并发表讲话。2024年10月，受阿联酋中国大使馆邀请，带队出席参加中国国庆75周年暨中阿建交四十周年庆典，负责组织个人和团体武术、太极表演。2024年11月，受阿联酋总统办公室、阿联酋中国文化中心邀请，参加“共筑未来之桥”中阿建交四十周年庆典，表演武当太极拳。
In January 2023, he showcased Wudang Sword at the Chinese New Year Gala at the Dubai Opera. In September 2023, he participated in the documentary Journey to the Silk Road, highlighting the spread of Wushu and Taiji culture in the UAE. That October, he demonstrated Wudang Taijiquan and Xuanwu Fist at the UAE’s Ajman Tourism Bureau-organized Chinese Traditional Costume Festival, celebrating China’s 74th National Day. In December 2023, he collaborated with renowned Chinese musician Fang Jinlong at Abu Dhabi’s Louvre Museum, performing martial arts for the piece General’s Command. In January 2024, he returned to the Dubai Opera’s Chinese New Year Gala with a Wudang Xiaoyao Fan performance.In February 2024, at the invitation of the China Cultural Center in the UAE and the Abu Dhabi Tourism Department, Liu led a team for the "Happy Chinese New Year" event, organizing solo and group martial arts performances. In September 2024, he will attend the 4th "Generation Z" BRICS Health Qigong Promotion Camp as the UAE’s Health Qigong ambassador, delivering a keynote speech. Later that October, he will lead performances at the 75th Chinese National Day and 40th China-UAE Diplomatic Anniversary celebrations, followed by a Wudang Taijiquan showcase at the "Building Bridges for the Future" China-UAE 40th Anniversary Gala in November 2024, hosted by the UAE Presidential Office and China Cultural Center.

刘嘉男以武为媒，常年在国外传播中华武术文化，将中华武术文化的精髓传播到世界各地。多次被央媒报道，人民日报专题报道刘嘉男个人传播中国武术文化事迹。
刘嘉男表示：“我希望通过自己的努力，让更多海外民众了解中国传统武术，感受中华优秀传统文化的魅力。传统武术已成为世界了解中国的一扇窗口，我希望能够继续为这一事业贡献自己的力量。”
刘嘉男用自己的实际行动诠释着国际武术精英的责任与担当，他以武传情，让中华武术文化在世界舞台上绽放出更加绚丽的光彩。
